<BODYWISE FITNESS STUDIO
Calling all community groups ...
You can hire out the Fitness Studio by the hour for
exclusive use by your group at very reasonable rates.
Meet our fully qualified instructor Rachel who will take you through a free induction,and also provide a personal fitness plan.
PERSONAL TRAINING is available for an extra £5 per session Contact Rachel at Bolton YMCA to book an induction.
 
NEW GIRLS HANDBALL TEAM
In anticipation of the popularity of this sport in the run up to the 2012 Olympics YMCA has started a girls handball team. They meet every Monday for practice and competent players will get the chance to play for the North West region.Why not give this exciting and fast-paced game a try.
