Members can use our facilities during the following times :
 
Monday: 9:30am-3pm then 7pm-9pm
Tuesday: 4pm-7pm
Wednesday: 9:30am-3pm then 7:30pm-9:30pm
Thursday: 9:30am-3pm then 4pm-7pm
Friday: 1.15pm-3pm then 7pm-9:30pm
Saturdays: N/A
Sundays: 10am-2pm
 
We have a well equipped studio with cardio vascular machines, fixed height machines and a wide range of free weights.
 
Personal programs can be tailor made to suit your own requirements and we are only too pleased to give simple easy to follow advice on excercise plans and healthier living.
